1）Background overview of the activity
With the continuous expansion of the company's business and the increasing number of team members, in order to enhance the cohesion of the team, enhance the communication and cooperation ability between employees, and create a positive working atmosphere, the company decided to hold a group building activity with the theme of "hand in hand, create brilliant" at the end of this year. The event aims to deepen the understanding of the team members through a series of carefully designed team projects, stimulate the team potential, and lay a solid team foundation for the work in 2024.

3）Time and place of the activities
The event is scheduled for December 30,2023 (Saturday), from 9:00 am to 5:00 PM. The activity location is selected in the outdoor development base with beautiful scenery and complete facilities. The base not only has a vast outdoor training ground, but also is equipped with perfect indoor activity facilities, to ensure the diversity and safety of the activities.
4）Content of the group construction project
A total of five group construction projects were designed, including:
- Trust back fall: enhance trust among team members.
- Blind team: to improve teamwork and communication skills.
- High-altitude broken bridge: challenge the personal limits, stimulate the potential of the team.
- Team relay race: strengthen teamwork, enhance the sense of team honor.
- Bonfire party: deepen the emotional communication between the team members through a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
